CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from around 4 p.m.! If you arrive later, please call us!
On the day of departure, we ask our guests to leave the holiday apartments by 9:30 a.m.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT is also possible earlier or later on request.
DEPOSIT
The deposit must be paid within one week of the preliminary reservation.
After receiving the deposit, the apartment is reserved for you and you will receive a reservation confirmation.
PAYMENT
The remaining amount is to be transferred one week before the start of the holiday.
LOCAL TAX
From the age of 16 € 2.20 per day and person

Possible, but please inquire beforehand.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fees according to Austrian hotel contract conditions:
- up to 3 months before the day of arrival free of charge
- from 3 months before the day of arrival 30% of the total arrangement price
- from 1 month before the day of arrival 70% of the total arrangement price
- in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the reservation amount.
- A cancellation must be made in writing!
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with "Europäische Reiseversicherung"
